Designed and produced rich, communicative, visually organized presentations, proposals, portfolios, and other collateral — for the purpose of winning new work, or otherwise showcasing the services and capabilities of the firm.
Designed and produced client presentations: presenting architects’ and interior designers’ concepts and design development iterations.
Worked with the CEO and global public relations director to establish the company's purpose, vision, values, and mission statement.
Designed and produced collateral for public events (conventions, hiring fairs, etc.) as well as an executive corporate retreat / vision quest.
Singlehandedly prototyped, designed, built from scratch, populated, tested, and launched a bespoke website showcasing the firm's most recent and most significant projects.
Wrote the vast majority of marketing copy across the site.
Copyedited most of the copy provided by marketing, executive, and human resources teams.
Prepared all visual assets and populated the content management system.
Worked closely with the public relations manager to refine headlines, copy, and other various aspects of the site and content therein.

Produced a 3D model and renderings of a 20’ × 40’ interior design showcase booth — designed by a team of Dallas-based interior designers — for BDwest 2019 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, including furniture, lighting, and signage.
Managed the collaboration of designers across Dallas and New York studios, as well as the sponsors / vendors involved in the BDwest 2019 project. Monitored and managed related expenses. Traveled to Los Angeles to supervise the receipt of all items, as well as the construction and final installation of all components. Spoke on a panel with two design directors with regard to the project, our goals, and the outcome.
Designed and produced explicative / illustrative motion graphics, 2D & 3D titles, etc., to best communicate CEO’s message and intent.
Designed and produced standardized brand templates for various uses, including internal company-wide CEO communiqués, videos, and live broadcasts.

Created an internal web-based IT ticketing systems for both human resources/management and general end users.
Performed both hands-on and remote auxiliary IT tasks and fulfilled various responsibilities — including server and network administration, setting up backups, hardware procurement, new employee on-boarding setup — until a global IT manager was hired.

Co-led with the CFO the negotiation of a substantial enterprise systems upgrade contract for the accounting and operations ERP and HRIS system for human resources.
Prepared detailed report of our findings and subsequent recommendations for the parent company’s board of directors.
Proposed a leaner, unified, and cascading architecture for systems used by all teams throughout the company. Some aspects of this plans have been adopted, and others have been considered for future implementation.

SCAD purchased one of my sculptures to display in the student gallery — a barn owl with a 6' wingspan, posed as if mid-wing-flap, made using raw 18-gauge and insulated 8-gauge wire, coated in phosphorescent paint so as to glow in the dark.
